To assist us at your visits, please bring:
- an up to date list of your medications
- referral from GP, optometrist, or specialist
- glasses or contact lenses if worn
- Medicare card and DVA card or Centrelink cards if applicable
- private health insurance details
Please note: For many eye examinations, patients will need their pupils dilated. The dilating drops can last up to 6 hours after being instilled. During this time, the vision can be blurred such that it is not safe to drive. Please ensure you have someone to drive you home or arrange taxi transport.

Our modern clinic is fully wheelchair accessible with ample free parking available on site. Our facilities include disabled toilets.
NON-ATTENDANCE
We are a busy practice and there are lots of patients requiring appointments. When patients do not attend their scheduled appointment it means someone else has missed out on seeing the specialist. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please phone with at least 24 hours notice such that your appointment can be offered to another patient.
