NON-ATTENDANCE
We are a busy practice and there are lots of patients requiring appointments. When patients do not attend their scheduled appointment it means someone else has missed out on seeing the specialist. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please phone with at least 24 hours notice such that your appointment can be offered to another patient.
